How to order
When you are ready to order again, log on to doterra.com and enter your username and password. These were sent to you in an email after your first order (or ask your oil coach for help).
One time order:
Log in and click "Create New One Time Order"
Add items to your shopping cart
Check out
Set up a monthly order to earn free oil credits and shipping rebates (see perks below):
Log in and click "Create Loyalty Rewards Order"
Select a shipping date (before the 15th of the month)
Click "Save"
Add items to your cart and save
You will receive an email reminder a few days before it processes
Items will ship on the selected date
Want them now? Click "Process Now"
Using your free oil points:
Add items to your cart or open and existing Loyalty Rewards Order
View your remaining points (also available through Account Profile)
Use the drop down under "Use Points" for items you want to purchase with points. Tip: A $3 warehouse packaging fee applies when using oil points (so it's best to use lots of points at once)
Use points for oils vs. products to get the best deal. 1 point = $1, most products have less points than their dollar value.
Loyalty rewards
Monthly ordering is how you get free shipping and free oil credits. It's an optional program that is a perk for wholesale members.
100% of your shipping costs are reimbursed as oil points.
You may cancel by phone at anytime and just order as needed but the best way to order is the monthly rewards cart (LRP).
Just order at least 1PV (=$1) or more each month to stay in the rewards program.
Use your free credits for FREE oils. Earn up to another 30% back in rewards!
The longer you are in the program, the larger your % back.
Understanding points
When you order monthly and your order is over 50 pv, you earn a % back on your order and 100% points back in shipping reimbursement.
On this screenshot, you can see that this order was $148 dollars (included a $1 donation to Healing Hands) and 147 point (pv).
This order will get 4 points back for the $3.99 shipping charge and 44.1 points because they are earning 30% back on all loyalty rewards orders.
Total free oil credits for this order are 48.1 pv. That's a lot of free oils!
If you order monthly and your order is less than 50 pv, you still earn 100% shipping reimbursement. You just don't get your % back or advance in the loyalty rewards program (see above graphic).
Note: You do not earn a % back on standard 1x orders but you do earn 50% back in shipping reimbursement. For example, 2 points for a $3.99 shipping charge.

To open an account for someone you know by yourself, contact your oil coach to complete the free account upgrade so you get a free website. Or do this yourself when you log in to your account by clicking "Become a Wellness Advocate" and selecting a website name.
